Touring Taiwan ("Isla Formosa"- which means Beautiful Island in Portuguese!)

Here we go... we got our "Mitsubishi Freeca" and we are ready for our first adventure around the entire island!

Enjoying the sunset from the South East tip of the Island!

Our favorite surf spot, "Jialeshuei," we were blessed with beautiful, off-shore, head high waves!

We were so happy to find this quaint cafe, close by, with delicious smoothies!

The kids loved swimming with their close friends (who we have lived with in Portugal, Morocco and now Taiwan)!

Dinner and the "Night Market" with new and old friends.

The "eternal flame," this fire never goes out. There is a thin part in the earth's crust, where the natural gasses are emitted, which keeps the fire going.

Beautiful views as we drive north along the East Coast!

Heading north again, we visited "Taroko Gorge," amazing!!

Back on the road again heading north, more beautiful views!

One last stop for our favorite treat, "Mangua Bing Cha" (mango smoothies)!
