Babbo and Family

I have always LOVED my family, but going through this trial together has only brought us closer... On Sunday, Sept. 18th, Babbo (Hillary's Dad) went with Zac and Malakai to the Padres baseball game and they all had a great time together, but that night, Babbo started complaining of a very painful headache. On Wed. Sept. 21st, he went into the emergency room and had brain surgery the next day (as he was suffering from a "subdural hematoma"). Needless to say, the last 3 weeks have been an extremely intense, focused, emotionally up and down, exhausting,

amazing time, as we watched Dad go through brain surgery, then be hooked up to a breathing tube for 4 days, while completely sedated, and then slowly start recovering. We have all cried, worshiped, prayed, and our faith in Christ, as the God who is completely in control of our every breath, has grown deeper together. I feel so honored and blessed to have been born into such an amazing family, where we can play together, laugh together, cry together and ultimately seek Jesus for our every need together! Today we are all celebrating as Dad is being released from the hospital and will continue his recovery at home! Please continue to pray for a full recovery and thank you to all of you who have been praying and supporting our family during this difficult time. We are so thankful for the body of Christ!
